A President’s Perspective
"Becoming a part of Noomi felt like stepping into a deeply personal dream. I entered the world of fertility care by chance - stepping away from the hospitality industry and into a patient coordinator role at a fertility clinic. What started as an unexpected career change quickly became a lifelong calling.
Early on in my career, I explored becoming an egg donor. It
was through that process that I discovered I carried two infertility diagnoses myself. What
began as a desire to help someone else create a family suddenly became a journey I was on,
too. I had always known I wanted to be a mother, and it felt as though life had gently
placed me in the very field that would ultimately make that dream possible.
Becoming a parent through assisted reproductive technology has been the most meaningful experience of my life. That journey gave me a deep respect for the science, the people, and the process—and an even deeper commitment to helping others walk a path that can feel overwhelming, but also incredibly beautiful.
Noomi is built from that experience. It reflects everything we’ve all come to understand—not just about medicine and logistics, but about resilience, humanity, and the quiet strength behind every family-building journey. This work is a privilege, and it’s one we carry with immense gratitude."
